Safety
- A written health and safety program that meets CNESST requirements
- A site-specific health and safety plan, hazard assessment and daily toolbox talk on every project
- Every worker holds the ASP Construction health and safety card
- Hazardous materials handled by trained crews with containment and air monitoring
- Subcontractor prequalification and site orientation
- Incident reporting and investigation, with lessons shared across all sites
Quality
- A project-specific quality plan on every job: inspection and test plans, hold points, submittals and mock-ups where they add value
- Documented closeout: as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and deficiency-free turnover
- Direct supervision by experienced site superintendents and consistent crews
- An ISO 9001 system being implemented for Quebec civil works; the same practices apply across residential and ICI
